Welcoming Office Organization customers to COS.
You may have heard about some exciting changes, COS has bought Office Organization and it all became official on 1 February 2017. We thought you may have a few questions so we’ve compiled this handy list to help you get acquainted with us here at COS.
What happens to orders or back orders that I have placed with Office Organization?
No problems, COS will send out all outstanding orders or back orders. You can expect an email from us shortly letting you know the expected delivery date.
Will I have a new account manager?
We’re pleased to say that all account managers are joining us at COS so they will remain the same.
How do I contact my account manager?

Do you deliver the next day?
Absolutely. Order by 4pm and we’ll deliver to you the next business day. COS has a 99% fill rate, unrivaled in the industry.
Can I expect product pricing to change?
With our buying power and a team of specialists working to ensure our pricing are highly competitive we expect that the overall cost of your basket will be even better. COS have great everyday prices and bulk discounts available across our range. Please contact your account manager if you need more information.
How do I order online?
We have set all previous Office Organization up with a login for our award winning e-commerce platform – COSnet www.cos.net.au. Please contact your account manager or 02 4952 3577 for more information.
Will I still have trading terms with COS?
If you had a credit account with Office Organization you have been set up with one with COS with the same limit. Our trading terms are 30 days from invoice.
Who do I make payment to for my invoices?
If your invoice has a COS logo and payment details then please pay to COS. If your invoice has the Office Organization logo and payment details then please pay Office Organization (this will be the case for all invoices issued before 31st January 2017).
Will the bank details for payment change?
Yes, the new payment details will be on the bottom of your COS invoices.
What happens if I have a return from an order placed with Office Organization?
COS will be accepting these returns and will honour all warranties for products ordered from Office Organization. To authorise the return the product will need to be in sale-able condition and we will need a copy of your invoice.
Why are COS now running Office Organization?
David has been running Office Organization for 25 years and had a burning desire to retire and spend more time on his Harley out on the road. Having known Dominique (CEO of COS) for many years he knows that he is leaving his business and customers in good hands with another Australian owned, family business.
