‘COS offers straightforward and accurate billing solutions that are widely appreciated by our customer base. All billing solutions are created in-house and can be formatted in both hard copy and electronic format that will align to your current accounting system.
With such high end technology available, combined with our efforts to consult with you to scope out your requirements, ‘COS can tailor various and flexible billing solutions. Our range includes:
- Invoice with your Delivery – You may choose to receive a priced invoice with each delivery received.
- Consolidated Monthly Invoice- All deliveries would be accompanied with a priced or unpriced delivery docket and then at the beginning of each calendar month, a consolidated national monthly invoice would be sent to your nominated contact.
- Electronic Billing and Payment – ‘COS electronic billing and payment option is a great value added service taken up by many of our major Customers where significant cost and resourcing efficiencies are achieved by the elimination of manual re-keying of data.
- Electronic Invoice upload – This file can be structured to include specific GL code requirements at multiple levels. ‘COS currently provides electronic invoicing uploads to multiple key customers in formats suitable to all major ERP applications.
