Delivery Locations Administration allows customers the flexibility to self-manage their delivery locations, with the ability to add, update & delete delivery addresses directly via COSnet

Please note this access is only available for the following user levels; ‘Administrator Maintenance’, ‘Administrator Unrestricted’ & ‘Superusers’.

Once logged in, ‘Delivery Location Administration’ can be found under the ‘My Admin’ tab located on the top right hand side of the webpage next to the ‘My COSnet’ menu.


The Delivery Location Administration page provides a quick snapshot of all your existing delivery locations. There is a search bar located at the top of the page to help search for specific addresses & a nifty ‘Linked Users’ function which you can click to view all users whom have ordering rights for that location.

Adding a New Delivery Location

To add a new delivery location click the ‘Add New Delivery Location’ button which will redirect you to a new page.

The first field is for the delivery address i.e. street no, name, suburb & postcode.  All other delivery information can be entered into the ‘Delivery Instructions’ field. Please note any customised information entered into the ‘Delivery Instructions’ field will always appear when this address is selected. 

Editing a Delivery Location

Start by finding the delivery location you wish to edit by either scrolling through your list of locations or by using the search bar located at the top of the page. Once you have found the address you wish to modify click on the ‘Edit’ icon.

This will take you to the ‘Edit Delivery Location page.  Exactly like adding a delivery location, simply type in the amendment and then click the ‘Update This Delivery Location’ button located at the bottom of the page to complete.

Deleting a Delivery Location

Like editing a delivery location you will first need to find the address you wish to delete. Once you have found the address, click on the trash bin icon.

A pop up window will appear asking you to select an alternative delivery location to transfer any personalised delivery addresses & users under this location to.

Once an alternate address has been selected click the ‘Ok’ button to complete.
