They&#8217;re also useful if you need a little more protection when using tampons. Everyday liners are used on days when you don&#8217;t have a period, while the backup protection liners will keep you protected on period days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>If you experience vaginal discharge (totally normal btw) liners are the product for you! Vaginal discharge is natural and occurs to keep the vagina healthy. A healthy discharge is often whitish in colour and will dry yellow. Any vaginal discharge that is not irritating to the skin, smelly, or blood-stained is most likely normal. Not everyone will want to use liners, but some choose to wear them to protect their panties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Changing your liner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The frequency with which you change your liner depends on why you&#8217;re using them &#8211; as a backup during your period, or for protection and freshness.
