{"id":36396,"date":"2023-11-29T00:18:59","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T00:18:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cos.net.au\/c\/?p=36396"},"modified":"2024-01-17T02:34:06","modified_gmt":"2024-01-17T02:34:06","slug":"have-diversity-in-your-workforce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cos.net.au\/c\/news\/have-diversity-in-your-workforce","title":{"rendered":"The Importance of Having Diversity in your Workforce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Diversity has been a trending word in the business sector for the last few years, and while a significant number of companies have set targets and quotas, it\u2019s apparent that many are struggling to make real change when it comes to diversity, equality, and inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new study commissioned by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cos.net.au\/\">COS<\/a>, Australian-owned and operated company offering product supply solutions for the workplace, surveyed over 1,000 Australian workers and found that more than two thirds of people say it\u2019s important to them that their workplace has a diversity policy.
