Safe Work Australia\u2019s 2024 data shows a 20.5% increase in serious claims over the past decade, many related to mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, a study by COS finds that 80% of employees believe their business prioritises health and safety, up from 70% in 2023.
