When it\u2019s not, confidence drops fast.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belinda Lyone adds that, ESG becomes performative when it lives only in reports rather than in visible, on-the-ground action. For HR leaders, the message is clear: ESG must be part of the lived employee experience, not just corporate messaging.
