Sharp Office will continue to independently own and operate its Print Solutions division, including copiers and printers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agreement represents an important next step for both businesses and reflects a shared commitment to customer service, long-term relationships and supporting Australian organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sharp Office has built a strong reputation across Newcastle and the Hunter region through local knowledge, trusted customer relationships and a genuine commitment to service. These strengths were a key factor in bringing the two businesses together and will remain central to the customer experience going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COS is a proudly Australian, family-owned business led by Co-CEOs Belinda and Amie Lyone and is one of Australia\u2019s leading privately owned workplace and education suppliers.
