    The BTS portal (Back to School Assistant) is the school-facing platform used by school administrators and staff to build year level packs, manage team access, set mandatory and optional items, and track orders. The Parent Portal (parent.cos.net.au) is the family-facing platform where parents log in using school-provided credentials to view and order their child’s supply pack.
