Keep your products top of customer’s mind! Promotional ad space on a dedicated promotional page on COSnet is available at any time of the year.
Where will the promotion appear?
Promotions tab across products page. Dedicated promo page to which there is a link on every page of COSnet. Weekly offers will show for 7 days from the start date and are available at any time of the month. Price discount is the preferred promotion. Bonus giveaway is also available. Monthly offers will be shown for 4 weeks from the start date.
Submission condition:
Price discount or bonus giveaway must be submitted in the promotional offer submission.
Buy up period:
3 weeks prior to promotion commencing until the end of the promotional period. All promotional costs are applicable in this period. Investment value*:
- One Week Online Promotion: $350

Education Catalogue
AA one-stop-shop solution for all classroom and office needs in primary or secondary schools. The Education catalogue is published bi-annually. The next catalogue produced will be for 2026/2027 and begin distribution to schools in February 2026.
Back to School Pricelist
A competitive price list for all school and office essentials during Back to School season. The Back to School Price list is published annually and released in August of each year.
Diaries Catalogue
COS has diaries for all of your workplace requirements. Whether you need calendar year, financial year, or a diary for appointment setting & educational purposes.
- Publishing: Minimum 11K copies for each publication. Offers featured in the printed collateral are accompanied with an online catalogue on COSnet for the duration of the promotion.
- Submission: To express your interest in advertising in the Printed Collateral please contact your Category Manager (category@cos.net.au) who will provide further details around dates and investment value.

Digital Specifications:
- Images must be supplied at the time of submission.
- All images must be high quality and clear. Packaging and group shots are not advised.
- Please supply high resolution CMYK images with minimum 300dpi in the following: EPS, TIF, JPEG, AI and PSD.
- GIF and PNG are not accepted.
Print Specifications:
- Medium to high quality JPEG, GIF and PNG only.
- Ensure artwork is set to exact ad size.
- All digital ads must be less than 200kb in file size
- RGB Colour mode only.
Email Banners & Sponsored Emails
COS sends at least one email per week to its over 500K contacts. We welcome banner advertising on our emails for our suppliers. We have many themed emails (e.g. Fairtrade
Fortnight, National Safe Work Month, World Heart Day) that could make sense for your product / brand. Where it makes sense, we are also open to doing sponsored emails dedicated to
showcase a suppliers product/brand. Sponsored emails will require approval from the Group Marketing Manager.
Submission :
To ensure the best success for each supplier, we are currently accepting one banner per supplier per email. Please email category@cos.net.au or contact your Category Manager advising which product/brand you would like to advertise and approximate timing. They will come back to you to confirm email dates.

- 2-3 week prior for sponsored email
- 1-2 weeks prior for email banner

Dedicated Campaign Landing Page

COSpedia Blog Articles
COS offers the opportunity to post content about your brand or product on our blog Cospedia. All blogs require the approval of our Content Manager.

Social Media Posts
COS offers the opportunity to post about your brand or product. We offer
2 posts per month via LinkedIn on approval from our Content Manager.

Sampling
Get your samples to the market with COS. The sampling opportunity allows you to reach end users directly with a sample of your product that customers can trial, touch and feel
Blanket drop:
Sample is included in all delivery boxes (approximately 2000 orders per day).
Targeted drop:
Opportunity to target specific groups of COS customers.

Blanket drop sampling campaign is free of charge.

Things to Remember:
- Price discount or bonus giveaway must be submitted in the promotional offer submission.
- With a change in the market customers are more price conscious, price discounts will be highly considered.
- Offer must provide a win-win situation by adding value to the customers and return in category spend for supplier and COS.
- Priority will be given to suppliers with commitment to annual MDF.
- Please work with your Category Manager to finalise your promotional plan for the 2025 calendar year. There are limited spaces on some promotional activities.
