According to a new survey commissioned by COS, of 1,000 Australian workers 28% never took a break during business hours.
In the interview, COS Co-CEO Amie Lyone shared that despite the clear benefits, many workers skipped their breaks. She also mentioned that the research uncovered common barriers such as time pressure, heavy workloads, and even feelings of guilt.
