Our state-of-the-art warehouses are quality-assured and equipped with advanced technology to deliver industry-leading order accuracy. All logistics are managed in-house, giving us the flexibility to offer a range of additional services when needed.
We offer next business day delivery in metro areas for eligible products. Simply place your order by 5pm (or by 2pm if you’re in Newcastle). For regional areas, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. With our national network and dependable delivery team, you can count on a smooth, consistent experience every time.

Sustainable Deliveries
In 2022, COS took a step toward sustainability by introducing electric vehicles (EVs) to our fleet. This move aligns with Australia’s growing focus on reducing carbon footprints. Our journey began with Electra, a specially converted Renault Kangoo van powered entirely by electricity, introduced to the Canberra warehouse as part of an exciting trial.
Building on this success, we’ve expanded our fleet to include five electric vehicles across Canberra & Sydney, supported by enhanced charging infrastructure. Our drivers have embraced the quiet, smooth operation of EVs, and this fleet expansion marks a strong step forward in our journey toward sustainable logistics. In September 2025 we reached an important milestone when COS went all electric in Canberra, with every delivery now powered entirely by EVs.
Our commitment to sustainability extends to fostering partnerships with customers who share the same values.
