COVID-19 Operations Update

Please find an update on COS operations during the COVID-19 Pandemic:

With a significant portion of our daily operations attributed to supply of critical PPE, Cleaning and Safety supplies to Frontline Health, Emergency, Care, Infrastructure and Education; COS is named as an Essential Service and continues to operate on at full capacity.

As a result of innovation in our Business Continuity Plan, we are also pleased to confirm that stock holding, supply chain and end point logistics are operating on a Business As Usual basis, supporting surging demand for critical products and deliveries to the current workplace – wherever that may be.

To ensure compliance with all required Health Order Guidelines, our office based teams are operating on a remote basis where required, whilst the Operations Teams are provided with Personal Protective Equipment, observe Physical Distancing Requirements and offer Contactless Delivery as agreed with by customers. All directions from State Governments in regards to LGA restrictions, mandatory COVID-19 testing are monitored daily and implemented via a robust communication and compliance procedure.

To support the welfare of our Teams, we also promote our Employee Assistance Program partner to all team members as a facility to utilise supporting Mental Health and are proactively offering Leave for vaccination appointments as required.
