A recent study commissioned by COS shows that there is a confidence gap when it comes to AI and automation, with only 50% of Australian employees believing their leaders have the right skills to guide them in an AI-enabled future.
In an interview with Human Resources Director, COS Co-CEO Belinda Lyone explained how uncertainty creates anxiety when leaders do not communicate a clear vision for how AI will be integrated.
