A COS study highlighted in the article by ‘Dynamic Business’ finds that 81% of women feel they must work harder than men to access the same opportunities. Only 56% of women believe they have an equal chance to advance into senior roles, compared to 73% of men.
New research commissioned by COS reveals that one in three Australian workers would accept a lower salary to work for a company with strong environmental and social credentials. The study found younger generations are driving this shift, with 44% of Gen Z and 38% of Millennials willing to trade pay for purpose, compared to just 22% of Gen X and 14% of Baby Boomers.
