Australian Employees are Willing to Trade Salary for Sustainability

New research commissioned by COS reveals that one in three Australian workers would accept a lower salary to work for a company with strong environmental and social credentials. The study found younger generations are driving this shift, with 44% of Gen Z and 38% of Millennials willing to trade pay for purpose, compared to just 22% of Gen X and 14% of Baby Boomers.
